This HR Advisor role provides support for HR-related activities across a global jurisdiction, including onboarding, administration, policy maintenance, and human resource processes. The role requires a strong focus on detail, communication, and collaboration, with a customer-centric approach to client interaction. This position supports the development of HR systems and drives continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year’s experience in a HR role, preferably in a Shared Services environment.
- Experience working with HR Systems.
- Intermediate Excel proficiency (e.g. PivotTables).
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Customer focus and ability to communicate at all levels.
- 1 year experience of working with ticketing systems (e.g. ServiceNow, JIRA, etc.).
- Approachable, proactive, flexible, and pragmatic.
- HR qualification (desirable).
