We are seeking a Software Development Advisor to join our team in CDMX, Mexico. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our ServiceNow Discovery processes, including updating existing discovery patterns, creating custom patterns, troubleshooting issues, and handling high-priority tickets.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow Discovery or a similar role
- Proven experience in creating and updating discovery patterns within ServiceNow
- Experience with IT Operations Management (ITOM) and Service Mapping in ServiceNow
