Visa is seeking a Software Engineer to design and develop services and infrastructure to support their Managed Dispute Resolution Services. This role involves defining success for central tools, troubleshooting configuration issues, and collaborating with customers and business analysts. The position is hybrid, requiring approximately 2-3 days in the office per week.
Requirements
- Develop, test, and debug new and existing functionalities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve errors in the ServiceNow configuration.
- Identify requirement gaps and provide configuration options.
- Design and implement user-friendly software.
- Collaborate with internal customers and business analysts.
- Write technical design and build documentation.
- Research existing systems, analyze program and time requirements, and prepare time estimates.
- Participate in project meetings/daily scrums.
