Join Takeda's digital transformation journey as a ServiceNow Senior Software Engineer in Bangalore, India. Lead the development and customization of ServiceNow applications and services, and drive strategic enhancements to improve user experience and implement automation to optimize service delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/Information technology; or relevant work experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in architecting, designing and developing ServiceNow solutions (especially, IT Service Management process applications and Service Catalog modules).
  • 3+ experience with ServiceNow Service Catalog module is a must.
  • 2+ years of experience in developing applications and integrations using AES.
  • Proficient in scripting languages like JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS
  • Strong understanding of IT Service Management processes.
  • Strong expertise with ServiceNow platform development, especially Service Catalog, Flow Designer, integration and app development
  • Proficient in creating Server-side and Client-side scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts and align organization on decisions.
  • ServiceNow System Administrator certification (required).
  • ServiceNow Application Developer certification (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent English (both written and oral).
