Lead the development and customization of ServiceNow applications and services, and drive strategic enhancements to improve user experience and implement automation to optimize service delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science/Information technology; or relevant work experience.
- 6+ years of experience in architecting, designing and developing ServiceNow solutions (especially, IT Service Management process applications and Service Catalog modules).
- 3+ experience with ServiceNow Service Catalog module is a must.
- 2+ years of experience in developing applications and integrations using AES.
- Proficient in scripting languages like JavaScript, GlideScript, HTML, CSS
- Strong understanding of IT Service Management processes.
- Strong expertise with ServiceNow platform development, especially Service Catalog, Flow Designer, integration and app development
- Proficient in creating Server-side and Client-side scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to communicate complex technical concepts and align organization on decisions.
- ServiceNow System Administrator certification (required).
- ServiceNow Application Developer certification (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent English (both written and oral).
