Software Engineering Senior Manager

We are looking for a ServiceNow Principal Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow development, AI and machine learning to develop and oversee ServiceNow software development practices, incorporate Artificial Intelligence in Development to improve the platform, and support the understanding and communication of how to achieve digital transformation objectives to elevate user experience and drive operational efficiency using the ServiceNow platform's features.

Requirements

• 12+ years of overall IT experience
• 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience
• Experience in HTML, CSS, Javascript, AJAX
• Experience of one popular web framework - React, AngularJS
• Experience with Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and scripting in ServiceNow.
• Experience MySQL / SQL Server & NoSQL / Relationship DB
• Passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization
• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
• Strong understanding of CMDB design, CSDM, and ITIL processes
• Thorough knowledge of networking concepts such as IP Addressing, Firewalls, ports
• SAFE Agile methodology of software development - logging, unit testing, code reviews etc.
