Software Specialist in Discovery (Service Now) - SDS

We are looking for a Software Specialist in Discovery (Service Now) for our Boadilla del Monte offices with at least 5 years of experience in ITOM/CMDB (Servicenow).

Requirements

• Computer engineering or related training.
• Experience in implementing the Scrum framework.
• IT Service Management and IT Operation Management knowledge and understanding.
• Solid experience working with ServiceNow platform, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping, Cloud Provisioning and Governance as well as ITSM applications in complex environments.
• Experience with database design schemas and data modeling.
• Advanced understanding in agile project management.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, to understand customer experience (highly desirable) including exposure to different countries / cultures and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt to changing environments and be results-oriented
• Spanish and English
