We are seeking a Software Support Engineer to join our Solutions and Services department. The successful candidate will act as a technical software and database point of contact, ensuring the correct implementation of software solutions and auditing implementation. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or engineering degree related
- Intermediate English proficiency
- 1-3 years of related studies or work experience
- Problem-solving experience
- SQL Server and SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) database management
- Certifications in IT, such as VMware, Microsoft Administration, or others
- Monitoring or support of network protocols: VPN, MPLS, BGP, VoIP, SIP
- Experience in Microsoft CRM solution administration, antivirus, and backup
- Experience in network monitoring with Nagios, Zabbix, Solarwinds, Federos, PagerDuty, or another monitoring solution
- Experience with ServiceNow, Remedy, or another ITSM platform
- Availability to work overtime if needed
