Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in customer-facing implementation, delivery, or consulting roles such as Solution Architect or Technical Consultant.
- 10+ years of experience in the CRM technology industry.
- Deep expertise in Customer Relationship Management systems; ServiceNow CSA and CRM certification preferred.
- Proven ability to design and configure complex CRM solutions, including hands-on architectural and coding experience.
- Strong analytical and data-driven approach to drive customer engagement and business outcomes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience with AI integration in work processes, automation, or problem-solving is highly desirable.
