Nestlé is seeking a Strategic and technically skilled Solution Architect - Talent Management to join their IT HR Talent Management and Employee Services Team. The role involves designing and delivering scalable, secure, and integrated HR technology solutions aligning with global Enterprise Architecture. This position requires architectural integrity, scalability, and security, along with collaboration with various teams and data analysis.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Application Development Lifecyle (5+ years)
- 7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 3 years in a solution architecture role focused on HR systems
- Experience with system integration, APIs, middleware, and data architecture.
- Knowledge of HR processes and platforms (SAP SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Microsoft Azure platform)
- Experience with different AI models
- Familiarity with security, compliance, and data privacy regulations
