ServiceNow is seeking a Solution Consultant to provide pre-sales support for core solutions on the platform. This hands-on role involves guiding revenue growth, leveraging AI to address customer needs, and leading discovery workshops. The ideal candidate will have experience integrating AI into work processes and a strong understanding of ServiceNow and cloud software solutions.

Requirements

  • Experience in integrating AI into work processes.
  • 2+ years of pre-sales solution consulting or sales engineering experience.
  • Proficiency with the ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software solutions.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Solid understanding of pre-sales process and management complex sales cycles.
