The Workflow Design Studio is ServiceNow's cross-functional team that partners with strategic customers to imagine, prototype, and redefine the future of work. As a Solution Developer in the Workflow Design Studio, you'll be the technical maker who turns ideas into reality, working with Designers and Architects to rapidly prototype and iterate solutions that bring our customers' ambitions to life.
Requirements
- Prototype working concepts on the ServiceNow Platform to validate ideas with customers in short timeboxed engagements.
- Collaborate with Designers and Architects to turn human insights into functional, elegant solutions.
- Experiment with new capabilities, integrations, and emerging technologies (AI, LLMs, automation) to explore what's possible with our technology.
- Support workshops and co-creation sessions by developing demo-ready components.
- Present prototypes and explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Continuously learn, share, and contribute to evolving Studio methods, tools, and accelerators.
