As a Solution Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end implementation and continuous improvement of SAP Finance & Controlling (FI/CO) solutions within Back-Office Services. You will align the solution roadmap with business needs, manage stakeholders, oversee solution governance, and ensure operational excellence. You will play a pivotal role in the deployment of the finance core model for Brazil, ensuring seamless integration of the finance core model into Brazil’s operations.
Requirements
- Strong SAP FI/CO expertise (SAP S/4HANA preferred)
- Deep understanding of IT best practices, financial processes, and reporting
- Experience with SAP interfaces, test automation, and integration tools
- Experience with Brazilian financial regulations (SPED, e-Invoicing, local tax requirements)
- Knowledge of JIRA, ServiceNow, and test automation tools
- Experience with cross-functional SAP modules (SD, MM, Tax, Treasury, etc.)
- IT project management experience, including SAP FI/CO implementation & support
- SAP project rollouts in multinational organizations
