The role involves managing accounts, developing new business, establishing relationships with key C-suite individuals, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences. This is a critical position within a fast-paced, growing team.

Requirements

  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
  • Experience in specialist solution sales within a CRM / Customer engagement /Customer Service Management / CX / CPaaS / CCaaS / SOM vendor.
  • 4+ years of sales experience within complex software or platform solutions.
  • Cross vertical sales experience of medium-sized businesses.
  • Experience establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams.
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to win in the market against stiff competition.
  • Fluency in English and German
