Solutions Architect, ServiceNow (ITAM) (Remote - US)

We are currently looking for a Solutions Architect, ServiceNow (ITAM) in United States. This role provides a unique opportunity to design, implement, and optimize IT Asset Management (ITAM) solutions using ServiceNow’s SAM and HAM modules.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/military experience
• Proven experience as an IT Solutions Architect, with a focus on ITAM and ServiceNow SAM/HAM implementation
• Strong understanding of software and hardware asset lifecycles, licensing models, and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in ServiceNow administration, configuration, and customization related to SAM/HAM modules
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders
• Project management skills to drive ITAM initiatives and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated, proactive, and up-to-date with ITAM trends and technologies
