Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
- At least 3+ years in a client-facing sales, presales, consulting, or technical architect role selling CCaaS
- Telephony or Contact Center experience
- Proficiency and experience successfully imploring various sales methodologies (preferably MEDDIC or MEDDPICC)
- Hands-on experience working with one or more popular CRM systems (Salesforce, Zendesk, Microsoft Dynamics, ServiceNow, Kustomer, Oracle, Hubspot, Freshdesk or any home-grown CRM)
- Proven team player – experience selling with an AE
- Experience with technology stacks including CRM, communication platforms, analytics, personalization technologies, AI Tools and homegrown customer databases
- Highly dependable, self-starter, and high energy with a positive attitude
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and presentation
