Requirements

• Becoming a subject matter expert in data migration and their product solutions
• Setting up and delivering high-quality presentations and demonstrations
• Utilising their solutions to support the delivery of projects
• Responding to product information requests
• Working with internal support and development teams to ensure effective coordination and communication
• Provide presales, post sale and consulting support to clients
• Trouble shoot the products
• Help clients to set up products - install and configure and provide on going support
• Work closely with the Product development team to continuously improve the product
