Solutions Engineer

Smartcat is seeking a Solutions Engineer to advise customers on how to leverage their AI-powered platform for localization, product growth, and knowledge sharing. The role involves technical discovery, collaboration with Account Executives and CAE, and delivering scalable, value-focused solutions tailored to customer needs. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between product and customer teams and ensure the platform aligns with market trends.

Requirements

• BS/MS in engineering, analytics, or related discipline
• 5-10 years of experience in analytical sales or client-facing technical roles
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs (JSON)
• Deep experience with AI technologies (LLMs, prompts, agents), preferably in AI SaaS or enterprise
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with enterprise CMS, PIM, or ERP Solutions
• Track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships
