Smartcat is seeking a results-driven Enterprise Sales Professional to drive new business acquisition and expand revenue within their Strategic Account portfolio. The role focuses on prospecting, qualifying, and closing high-value enterprise deals, with a primary goal of exceeding quarterly revenue targets and contributing to overall company growth. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge of working with a scaling AI-powered platform.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of enterprise SaaS sales experience with a strong focus on new business acquisition
  • Proven ability to break into new accounts and generate pipeline through outbound prospecting
  • Strong negotiation, objection handling, and closing skills with a consultative sales approach
  • Experience selling complex B2B solutions to multiple stakeholders, including C-level executives
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies like Sandler, MEDDIC, or Challenger Sales
  • Highly metrics-driven with ability to analyze data and optimize sales efforts
  • Comfortable with sales technology, including CRM tools (HubSpot) and sales engagement platforms
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
  • Self-starter mentality with a passion for winning
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
