Requirements

• Provide production support for MES (Manufacturing Execution System) applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly
• Maintain and support .NET desktop and web-based applications
• Write and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and triggers
• Collaborate with interfacing systems and ensure connectivity with .NET applications
• Document and escalate incidents using ServiceNow
• Support labeling systems with basic PLC knowledge
