AT&S is seeking a Specialist HR Innovation Lab - Projects to enhance its Human Resources Team in Malaysia. The ideal candidate will have a degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field and 4-5 years of HR experience in a global environment. Responsibilities include project management, product ownership, and collaboration with stakeholders.

Requirements

• University degree (Bachelor or Master) in human resources, business administration or related field
• 4-5 years of HR experience in a global environment including Implementation of Tools, project management and knowledge of HR IT landscapes and implementation
• Very strong Change and Project Management skills
• Very strong IT skills and deep understanding of HR IT
• Understanding of HR Processes & Tools
• Understanding of IT systems landscape
• Business analytics capabilities and analytical thinking
• Fluent English communication proficiency both verbal and written
