- 8-13 years of experience in Information Systems
- 2+ years of direct experience with Office 365 as an admin
- 2+ years of Power Platform experience
- 2+ years of automation utilizing AWS technologies
- Experience with ServiceNow
- Extensive problem solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent verbal communications and documentation skills
- Able to work independently and provide recommendations on strategies for meeting client needs
