This role offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled ServiceNow Analyst professional to lead and support the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of HRIS solutions. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in HR systems, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver impactful results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related fields
  • 5 years of experience in previous related Human Resources roles
  • Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources (CIS-HR) (preferred)
  • Proven expertise in ServiceNow HRSD (preferred)
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong English Level
  • Full understanding of organizational structures, changes and impact in HRIS system, business processes, and systems implications
  • Full knowledge in technology, trends, and systems
  • Full understanding of HR operations, data, information systems and process principles, practices and plans
  • Full understanding of Process Management
  • Proven understanding of Project Management and Lifecycles
  • Understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodology
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence change
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
  • Ability to manage change effectively while mindful of technology, business processes, and systems implications.
  • Ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations.
