Requirements

• 1+ years of related experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with case management platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow)
• Ability to follow established procedures and work independently with moderate supervision
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
