Sr. BA I, Infra Stblty

As a Sr. BA I, Infra Stblty, you will provide business analysis capabilities on the ServiceNow system, focusing on CMDB application. You will work with various client teams and ISM process leadership to implement solutions for business partner requirements. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing automated processes, maintaining and optimizing CMDB structure, and resolving data anomalies.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in CMDB management within ServiceNow
• Strong understanding of ITIL, ITSM, and SACM (Service Asset & Configuration Management)
• Experience with ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and ITOM modules
• Proficiency in data modeling, CI classification and relationship mapping
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and infrastructure components
