ServiceNow is seeking a Sr CRM Account Executive to oversee market success of CRM products into Enterprise customers, specifically Healthcare providers. The ideal candidate will have experience selling SaaS/PaaS solutions to Enterprise segment, Healthcare Providers, and knowledge of return on investment of CRM.

Requirements

  • Segment: Enterprise (accounts 5K+ employees)
  • Vertical: Healthcare providers
  • Flexible on current location within US West, Midwest or South (NE is not a fit)
  • Demonstrated success selling SaaS/PaaS solutions to Enterprise segment, Healthcare Providers
  • Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
  • 7+ years knowledge on return on investment of CRM to lead solution win
  • Experience as an AE, or in alternative sales/ customer service role
  • Understanding of business sales processes
