Sr. Director CyberSecurity

Join CommScope as the Sr. Director of our cybersecurity program, leading proactive functions and reactive operations, and develop a global team of analysts. Set strategy, track key metrics, and communicate effectively across all levels. Develop and retain a team to provide essential security capabilities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity and team leadership
• Deep technical expertise across on-prem and cloud environments
• Proven incident response skills across cloud, app, OS, and network layers
• Track record of building, leading, and retaining high-performing global technical teams
• Experience managing 24/7/365 operations with strong metrics and continuous improvement
• Excellent communicator with executive presence, able to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Skilled in vendor management, security tool procurement, and leveraging professional services
• Experienced in writing security policies and procedures, and designing workflows using tools like ServiceNow
