Requirements

• 10+ years of leadership experience in managed service provider (MSP) operations
• 10+ years of people management experience
• Deep expertise in MSP operational development and consultative enablement
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, Wrike, and ServiceNow
• Flexible, agile mindset
