The ideal candidate is passionate about ServiceNow technology and is an excellent translator of business needs and user needs into technical deliverables. This role will work with business partners and developers and is responsible for technical delivery of the HR roadmaps as well as facing off with senior business and technology partners.
Requirements
- Provide functional and technical knowledge and analysis on ServiceNow HRSD capabilities to support HR business users.
- Participate/lead in Agile squad ceremonies to support the squad’s high level of productivity, effective communication and collaboration between the squad and its stakeholders.
- Establish expertise in ServiceNow HRSD to provide advisory services to team members on new updates or capabilities.
- Perform all activities required to deliver outcomes, including analysis, design, development, testing, documentation and training, etc. as needed.
- Provide guidance and oversight of other developer resources.
- Coordinate activities and tasks with ServiceNow platform team.
- Collaborate with other team members supporting Invesco/HR solutions (i.e. Workday) to ensure designed solutions are logical and rational end to end.
- Engage and support Invesco Technology strategic direction and adhere to enterprise architecture designs.
