NISC is looking for a Sr Enterprise Application Specialist to provide administration, application research, requirements, development, testing, maintenance, and support for NISC’s ServiceNow platform. The role requires a highly collaborative individual with excellent communication skills, ability to multi-task, and experience in CRM platforms.
Requirements
- Assists users with basic and moderate application support efforts
- Writes documentation for processes and testing scenarios
- Ensures highest customer service experience and satisfaction
- Assists with software release process
- Translates stakeholder input into clear, functional requirements
- Assists in collaborative sessions with stakeholders
- Performs on-site or remote training
- Responds to users in an accurate, effective, and timely manner
- Utilizes logic and reasoning to work through and resolve problems
