NISC is looking for a Senior Enterprise Applications Specialist to provide administration, application research, requirements, development, testing, maintenance, and support for NISC’s ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have previous experience within CRM platforms, basic knowledge of Jira and Salesforce Spoke integration, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Requirements
- Assists users with basic and moderate application support efforts across select enterprise software applications
- Translates stakeholder input into clear, functional requirements using standardized Scrum formats
- Performs on-site or remote training to users in real time
- Responds to users in an accurate, effective, and timely manner
