Requirements
- Organization and support of Onboarding and Offboarding processes
- Maintenance and management of employee documents and data
- Creation of job confirmations and certificates
- First point of contact for HR requests
- Sending and return tracking of paperwork
- Support in clarifying personnel data, registrations and internal processes
- Distribution of HR guidelines and informational materials
- Participation in standard, commonly recurring HR processes
- Daily work with HR systems (Workday and ServiceNow)
