They are looking for a Senior HR Administrator to manage the employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth HR processes and a positive work environment. This role is vital in attracting and retaining talent.

Requirements

  • Organization and support of Onboarding and Offboarding processes
  • Maintenance and management of employee documents and data
  • Creation of job confirmations and certificates
  • First point of contact for HR requests
  • Sending and return tracking of paperwork
  • Support in clarifying personnel data, registrations and internal processes
  • Distribution of HR guidelines and informational materials
  • Participation in standard, commonly recurring HR processes
  • Daily work with HR systems (Workday and ServiceNow)

Requirements Summary

2-5 years HR experience, ideally in BWL or related field. Knowledge of MS Office & willingness to learn new tools are also needed
