Sr IAM Engineer

MGM Resorts International seeks a Sr IAM Engineer to design, engineer, and implement enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management solutions with a focus on SailPoint IIQ. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player with strong hands-on experience in SailPoint and related standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in management information systems, network security, computer science, or related discipline
• 3+ years of prior relevant experience in design, build, and deployment of software solutions or industry experience in the identity and access management domain
• Experience with integrating IGA capabilities with ServiceNow-like platforms
• Detailed knowledge and experience with automating IGA processes
• Knowledge and experience of Least Privileged Access Modeling, Role Based Access Control, and Separation of Duty
• Experience with centralized and decentralized IGA models
• Experience with code repository management tools such as Azure DevOps, GitHub, etc.
