Requirements
- 5 years of experience leading a team that does 24/7/365 Service Desk, Network Operations, and Server Operations.
- CISSP, CRISC, CISM, ITILv3 intermediate or expert level certifications.
- Knowledge providing on-call support to technical teams during unplanned outages and Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, VMWare, ManageEngine, and NeuralStar.
- Ability to effectively analyze, prioritize, organize, and execute tasks in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
- Deep experience collaborating with other teams to solve problems within complex technological infrastructure, security, or development problem with a high degree of trust and confidence.
- An active TS/SCI security clearance.
