As an Sr. IT Operations Manager, you'll lead a high performing team for a 24/7/365 customer, responsible for IT service delivery, Network Operations, Server Operations support, and systems maintenance. Requirements

  • 5 years of experience leading a team that does 24/7/365 Service Desk, Network Operations, and Server Operations.
  • CISSP, CRISC, CISM, ITILv3 intermediate or expert level certifications.
  • Knowledge providing on-call support to technical teams during unplanned outages and Hands-on experience with ServiceNow, VMWare, ManageEngine, and NeuralStar.
  • Ability to effectively analyze, prioritize, organize, and execute tasks in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills including mentoring, coaching, collaborating, and team building.
  • Deep experience collaborating with other teams to solve problems within complex technological infrastructure, security, or development problem with a high degree of trust and confidence.
  • An active TS/SCI security clearance.
