Sr. IT System Architect (27130)

As a Senior IT System Architect at Supermicro, you will bridge business objectives with technical solutions, collaborating with business units and stakeholders to analyze, document, and translate complex functional and non-functional requirements into clear system specifications and user stories.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Proven experience working on enterprise IT projects (e.g., ERP, CRM, cloud platforms, digital transformation).
• Strong knowledge of business analysis methodologies.
• Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Project, Visio, Power BI, or equivalent.
• Experience in corporate functions such as Finance, Sales, HR, Supply Chain, or Legal.
• Familiarity with ITIL framework and service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
• Strategic thinking with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
