Western Digital is seeking a Senior Manager, Global IT Support to oversee and enhance its global IT support operations. This role focuses on automation, AI-enabled support, and zero-touch provisioning to deliver exceptional customer satisfaction and a world-class employee experience. The successful candidate will lead teams, drive process improvement, and partner with stakeholders to align IT support strategies with Digital transformation goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 10+ years in IT support, with at least 5+ years managing global, multi-region support operations.
- ITIL v4 certification.
- Certifications in DEX platforms, ServiceNow, Microsoft, or automation frameworks are preferred.
