Sr. Manager IT PMO

We are seeking a Sr. Manager IT PMO to oversee the IT Project Management Office and ensure the successful delivery of IT projects across the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for strategic planning, resource allocation, governance, and continuous improvement of PMO processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong analytical skills and proven ability for complex problem solving
• Minimum of 10 years of IT project management experience, including at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity
• Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
• Ability to articulate technical topics to non-technical audiences
• Ability to effectively manage and communicate within a matrix environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Teams collaboration tools
• Excellent interpersonal skills with exceptional influencing and communication skills
• Previous experience working with 3rd party contractors and managed services
• Experience with a variety of project management methodologies
• Experience in a supervisory capacity required
• PMP certification required or actively in progress
• Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) certification a plus
• Experience as a Portfolio Manager preferred
• Experience in Microsoft Project a plus
• Experience with project portfolio management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Planview, or equivalent) is a plus
