ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Manager of Software Engineering Management to join their Connected Customer Experience (CCX) team. This role involves building high-quality applications, providing technical leadership, and managing a collaborative team environment. The team focuses on delivering exceptional customer and employee experiences and leveraging AI solutions.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience building & leading delivery of enterprise-grade applications
  • Strong ability to lead & manage engineering or application teams for at least 3 years
  • Expertise in SaaS platforms, including ServiceNow
  • Proficient in modern UI frameworks such as Angular or React
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), messaging systems (Kafka, Dell Boomi), monitoring tools (Splunk, Catchpoint), and web infrastructure (API Gateways, CDNs)
  • Experience working across multiple technology stacks (Cloud Platforms, Messaging Systems, Web Infrastructure)
