ServiceNow is seeking a Sr Mgr, Solution Consulting to lead a team of Presales Solutions Consultants and ensure they demonstrate relevance to customers, deliver high-quality presentations and demonstrations, and execute proofs of concept successfully. The successful candidate will have experience in leveraging AI, managing presales teams, and selling to the Austrian market, with a deep understanding of the SaaS Market space and Service Management practices.
Requirements
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving
- 7 years' experience in presales
- Experience managing presales teams as 1st line management
- Deep experience with the Austrian market and experience selling and gaining access to Japanese customers' senior management
- Ability to motivate and inspire a growing team of Presales Solutions Consultants
