We are looking for a Sr Portfolio Analyst to manage the front end of the project lifecycle and align demand with strategic priorities and delivery capacity. The role ensures that new requests are evaluated, prioritized, and integrated into the broader portfolio with a clear understanding of resource availability and business value.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in portfolio management, business analysis, or project intake/demand planning roles.
- Experience working in a Portfolio and Communications Office (PCO) or similar governance structure is preferred.
- Proficiency in portfolio management tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, or similar).
- Strong understanding of intake-to-delivery workflows and demand management frameworks.
- Ability to analyze and interpret data to support prioritization and planning decisions.
- Familiarity with financial planning, capacity modeling, and resource forecasting.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into structured intake and demand documentation.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence across cross-functional teams.
- Comfortable facilitating meetings, prioritization forums, and stakeholder discussions.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
