The Senior Project Lead role focuses on delivering ServiceNow solutions to customer needs. This involves technical leadership, requirement gathering, technical design, and project management. The ideal candidate will have a strong ServiceNow background and experience with ITSM, HRSD, and portal development.
Requirements
- Understanding customer business need and translating it into ServiceNow solutions.
- Designing solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Creating user stories and work breakdown structures.
- Handling escalations and stakeholder communication.
- ITSM, HRSD, Portal development and design experience.
- Technical reviews, End User training.
- Requirement gathering for ServiceNow implementation
- Technical design documents, training documents
- Technical reviews, End User trainings
- Strong service management experience
- Experience with ServiceNow configuration, CMDB, Asset Mgmt.
- Strong ServiceNow development skills (REST/SOAP, java scripting).
