The Sr. ServiceNow Administrator will support the internal customers, ServiceNow application development, maintenance, and support. This role involves providing technical leadership, design, deployment guidance, and ongoing application development. The position is a full-time, end-user-facing role and is not eligible for sponsorship or transfers.
Requirements
- Provide ServiceNow end user support, account administration, and permission access.
- Develop end user training materials and provide training to various skill levels.
- Maintain ServiceNow governance policy and enforce service upgrade procedures.
- Ensure critical systems data backing up and recovery in case of disaster.
- Review and apply service upgrades as needed.
