Sr. ServiceNow Business Analyst

We are seeking a Sr. ServiceNow Business Analyst to lead ServiceNow projects, interact with clients and users to identify and translate functional requirements, and collaborate with ServiceNow development teams to design, develop, implement, and administer ServiceNow applications.

Requirements

• Ability to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD 'SECRET' security clearance
• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow implementation experience
• Agile, SCRUM or SAFe certifications
• Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of ServiceNow Modules and capabilities
• Experience working in an Agile environment
• Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels
• Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and demands
