Fujitsu is seeking a ServiceNow Developer with a proven track record in ServiceNow implementations and support, particularly Security Incident Response (SIR) and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules. The role involves hands-on development, customization, and integration of SecOps modules, working closely with security, infrastructure, and ServiceNow teams. The ideal candidate will lead projects end-to-end and provide high-quality solutions.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of ServiceNow development experience
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow development including scripting (JavaScript, Glide), UI customization, and REST/SOAP integrations
  • Strong understanding of security operations, incident response processes, and vulnerability management
  • Experience with third-party security tools
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Agile development experience
  • Strong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills
  • Excellent teamwork and leadership abilities
  • ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation Certification

Requirements Summary

5-7 years ServiceNow experience, 2-3 years with SecOps modules (SIR & VR). Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide, UI customizaiton & REST/SOAP integration is key. Strong analytical & communication skills
