We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to be the Subject Matter Expert for our ServiceNow platform serving our growing 2,000-person organization. This role is 70-80% hands-on development and configuration, with the remainder focused on solution design and business analysis.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and configuration experience
- Proven experience with ITSM modules (Request, Incident, CMDB, Change, Asset, Knowledge)
- Multiple full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations from requirements through deployment
- Experience working as a primary or solo ServiceNow resource in an organization
- Strong background in business analysis and requirements gathering
- Track record of post-implementation platform optimization and stabilization
- Certified ServiceNow System Admin
