We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with over 8 years of hands-on experience in CMDB technical architecture and implementation.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience working with ServiceNow
- Proven experience in leading CMDB technical architecture and implementation projects
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and data reconciliation processes
- Experience in developing and managing the lifecycle of configuration items (CIs) in the CMDB
- In-depth understanding of CMDB concepts, configuration item relationships, data models, and data flow within ServiceNow
- Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting ServiceNow Discovery and Service Mapping tools
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting and other customization tasks related to CMDB
- Knowledge of integration techniques between ServiceNow and other IT management tools
- Experience with reporting and dashboards to monitor CMDB health and performance
