Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field
- 8+ years of IT work experience
- 5+ years hands-on experience in ServiceNow with good knowledge of ITSM and ITOM processes
- 3+ years of experience working with key business partners for business requirements gathering
- 2+ years of experience with scripted REST APIs
- Experience educating internal or external customers in best practice design
- Experience working in an Agile environment with focus in SCRUM methodologies.
- Experience in ServiceNow Administration and Production support
- Ability to execute a project based on our priorities, context, risks and desired outcomes
- Ability to work independently or with team
- Demonstrate strong initiative and self-starter
