As a Senior Software Engineering Manager – Product Security, you will lead the development of tools and frameworks that secure ServiceNow’s AI and LLM ecosystem. You will establish and refine business processes to ensure security is deeply embedded into every stage of the software development lifecycle.
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience with software technologies and advanced coding skills with high-quality results
- Knowledge of cadversarial attacks of LLMs such as prompt injection, jailbreaks, data poisoning, and OWASP LLM Top 10 vulnerabilities
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance standards related to AI and data security
- Strong interpersonal skills (written and oral communication) and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience building project plans, goal setting, managing deadlines, and monitoring project progress
- An analytical mind for problem solving, abstract thought, and offensive security tactics
