We are seeking an On-Site Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support for users across office, lab, and manufacturing environments.
Requirements
- Hebrew native
- English high level (spoken & written)
- Experience providing technical support in a medium/large organization
- Hands-on experience with PC installation, configuration, and hardware support
- User support experience across office/lab/manufacturing environments
- Experience with Active Directory, Identity Management, and Permissions
- Basic network knowledge: switches, AP support, console management
- Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware, Windows, printing, networking)
- Customer-service oriented
