Sr Software Quality Engineer

ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Software Quality Engineer to maintain and improve the quality of their AI-enhanced platform. The role involves testing, automation, and troubleshooting applications, working with developers to design testing strategies, and providing support for engineering teams. This position is for a full-time, in-person role located at Knowledge City, Unit II, 17 to 10 Floor Survey No. 83/1 in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with quality assurance and Java programming with Selenium, JUnit and TestNG
• Fluency with JavaScript
• Experience with Eclipse, Jenkin, Maven, and Git
• Understanding of testing techniques (performance, unit, integration, automated)
• Experience with IDE, debugger, build tools, source control, ServiceNow instances, profilers, and system administration
