Sr Solution Architect - Public Sector

ServiceNow is seeking a Sr. Solution Architect for the Public Sector business to bridge the gap between customer needs and the delivery of innovative AI-enhanced technology. This role involves architecture and strategic planning, close alignment with customers, and deep expertise in areas like Application Development, Authentication & Security, and data/workflow solutions within a Federal or State Government environment. The architect will provide technical leadership to sales, marketing, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience building applications on development platforms.
• US Citizenship required; current active Secret clearance is preferred.
• Strong Knowledge of AWS & Azure Gov Cloud architectures.
• Exposure to RPA, Generative AI, OCR, and Process Mining.
• Deep understanding of IL4, IL5, DoD or C2E clouds.
• 3-tier application architecture knowledge.
• Technical expertise with web technologies.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Working knowledge of current web scripting technologies.
