Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in implementing ServiceNow HRSD modules, with a focus on stakeholder management
• Proven experience working in large cross-functional team environments and managing stakeholder relationships
• Knowledge of integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and other enterprise HR systems
• Deep knowledge of HR processes, case management, and knowledge management within ServiceNow
• Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities with demonstrated ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
• Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and innovate
• Experience in examining and re-engineering business processes
• Customer-focused approach to work, with ability to interpret and address complex requirements
• Familiarity with integration techniques such as REST, SOAP, and JSON
